OUR STORY

In May of 2014, Brad and I met and quickly saw we were destined for each other. After four months of dating, we eloped.

Brad grew up in the livestock business and farming in the county, while I have always been more of a city girl (the City of Watkinsville, that is) aspiring to run a business as I did with my family years ago. Our union has birthed the dream of creating and running a family business of our own, leveraging our strengths while pursuing our passion.

We truly feel that it's important to know where your food comes from and that's where we come in.  We know firsthand what our livestock is being fed and the conditions they live in.  Our cattle have access to grass, but are also grain-finished to achieve that maximum flavor, marbling and tenderness.  I love the slogan, "know your farmer, know your food" and it's so true!  What we feed our family is just as important as what we feed yours.

It's an honor to be at your table!

Sincerely,

Rosie
